Online Help Desk

The Challow Online Help Desk is a central tool for providing Support & Maintenance customers with a support portal that provides a complete log of all support calls logged. Our Online Help Desk is provided free of charge to all Support & Maintenance customers and can be used as an internal help desk, eliminating the need for complex and expensive software.

The Online Help Desk includes the following features:

  • External Help Desk for keeping track of all Challow related support calls.
  • Internal Help Desk for logging internal staff or end user calls.
  • An extendable end user interface for staff to use for logging calls.
  • Integrated Online Desktop Support software for remote access to user desktops without the need to install software.
  • The ability to escalate internal calls directly to Challow.
  • Assets register for keeping tack of all hardware.
  • Email alerting feature.
  • Detailed reports for getting an overall view of support.
