The Challow Online Help Desk is a
central tool for providing Support & Maintenance customers
with a support portal that provides a complete log of all
support calls logged. Our Online Help Desk is provided free
of charge to all Support & Maintenance customers and can
be used as an internal help desk, eliminating the need for
complex and expensive software.
The Online Help Desk includes the
following features:
- External Help Desk for keeping
track of all Challow related support calls.
- Internal Help Desk for logging
internal staff or end user calls.
- An extendable end user interface
for staff to use for logging calls.
- Integrated Online Desktop Support software for remote access to user desktops without the need to install software.
