When required, Challow engineers
will attend site to resolve IT related problems that are not
possible to resolve telephonically or remotely. As a general
rule, Challow only provides Onsite Support for companies
within the Greater London area. This allows our engineers
to react quickly and attend site as soon as possible.
Onsite support is ideally suited
to companies with mission critical applications or a high
dependency on IT where downtime is just not an option. Where
Onsite Support is required, Hardware Maintenance is usually
provided as an integral part of the support service.
Network Infrastructure Assessment
As companies change, so do their IT requirements. Challow provides a Network Infrastructure Assessment or IT Health Check to assess the current state of IT within a company. This is then married up to business objectives and requirements to determine how well your IT is working for your company.
These Network Infrastructure Assessments are ideal for companies that are unsure of their current state or wishing to upgrade, but are unsure how to achieve the greatest return on their investment.
