Cloud services are all very well but someone has to make sure that the office can connect to the internet, that the wireless works and that the telephony is going to function.

As a traditional provider who built their own cloud platform Challow were always aware that there would always be aspects of IT that remained on the client site and resolved to provide those through partners to retain the one call ethos for the client.

In addition a few clients are quite simply not suitable for Cloud computing, due to requirements for high end 3d CAD or modelling software and local processing.

In order to deliver nearly the same flexibility and fix the IT costs for these clients Challow provide an on premise platform with enough flexibility and growth potential within a fixed term contract.
